Like you can see, still no ip. In the update window you see there is a connection...

Is your box M8 pcb no. M9&M8_V0.92???MAYBE this firmware is for M8N pcb no. M9&M8_V1.0..thats why your having issue with wifi and ethernet..maybe..??

i tried everything, openelec, stane's rom, all kind of roms without any succes.

where can i find which version i got?

Apparently maybe this firmware is for M8N ..maybe..its not for M8..thats my guess..thats why u having wifi and ethernet issue.

You are trying to use M8N firmware on older or first gen m8 or EM8. try custom rom.

I found my solution by using Bob's rom.

well done glad your sorted it.

as mentioned you were using newer firmware for designed for m8n box to combat clone piracy and not original first gen m8 hence the disconnect issue.

And yes bobs rom is great till this date and was based on original m8 boxes.
