boxx i cant remove the file manager.

use titanium backup to uninstall it.

in my opinion both roms are bad. i will sell my mk80 next month.

File exploer and es file explorer and 3 update softwares as i said they over lap each other. it was poor release even video issues not resolved. They going to start coming to freaktab to get user feed back so many here can help them improve these types of releases.

launcher is better ( dont know who picked the colours though yuk lol)

Is there anything i can change so i don't have to move the sunxi-ir.kl manually,or is it the only way.

there is a windows tool called ext4 unpacker but it will only let you view and extract files and it can´t handle most of the other .fex files.

i forgot an important point.
after unpacking the rom, first you have to extract the system.fex, then replace sunxi.ir and pack again as .fex file. this is a linux job, using fex2bin and bin2fex.
there is also a windows vesion but that didn´t work for me.

Yeah i used that ext4 to unpack the system.fex file.

I added the sunxi-ir.kl file,also the build prop.

But stuck on repacking it.

I watch that video But as i said i don't have linux so I'm going to have to find a windows method.so more research i shall do.

Thought I'd update on this i have managed to get it all sorted,used linux in the end installed on virtual box.

So now remote works fully now,i also remove the old xbmc from it,and replaced with kodi 14.2 and a other apps i use.

Hi All, new member here. I've got a strange issue with my MK80 Plus, it's only reporting 2gb ram for some reason? it was definitely 4gb before. it's had a couple of firmware updates but even rolling back to the original has not resolved it. Any thoughts? should I try a custom rom?
