    Try with F7.

If that doesnt work, try it in another tv. My Pipo works in my Tv, but the BIOS screen doesnt appear because my tv doesnt support the BIOS resolution.

      Press Del to enter Setup
      Press Esc to enter Setup
Press F7 to select boot device or enter Setup

When you try to enter the BIOS, does your device continue to boot normally, or does it seem to halt?

In the latter case, there is no problem with your device and keyboard, the device enters the BIOS correctly but your TV does not support displaying the BIOS resolution.

My guess is bios is displayed in 1080p. I will test tonight. My startup definately halts. Thanks for the help. I thought windows would compensate for the resolution issues.

Or you do it from within Windows:

        1. Press the Windows () key + C, or swipe in from the right edge of the screen to open your Charms.
        2. Click Settings.
        3. Click Change PC Settings.
        4. Click Update and recovery, then select Recovery.
        5. To the right beneath Advanced Startup, click Restart now.
        6. Once the boot menu appears, select Troubleshoot.
        7. In the Troubleshoot menu, select Advanced options.
        8. In the Advanced options menu, click UEFI Firmware Settings.
        9. Click Restart. The system will restart and enter UEFI (BIOS).
