Issue with my order

Hi I made an order for a mobile phone.

And had paid via paypal. and my geekbuying status is shipped.

However the status in DHL has stayed the same for the last week already.

I have had a number of emails from geekbuying (none of them made much sense). Anyway i checked with DHL and they say that the order has not be issued for collection yet.

Pre-sale = dated 10-15-2015 , then geekbuying gets the first batch of phones.. if you are lucky.. you might get one of the first batch
15th + 5 days processing your order (if first batch) + shipping time =
If you are unluck.. you might get one of the second batch.. = longer waiting
