The original Firmware seems to be OK but no Google Play, it has GetJar on it and SlideMe. and no chance of finding a firmware update from a manufacture. I can't download most APK files because GetJar and SlideMe are fighting to see who is the "market" since Google Play isn't installed.
Looking at the parameter file this tablet also doesn't seem to have a key press combination to put it in restore mode....I found that Interesting.

Maybe you have a Reset Hole and the Powerbutton ?
Or anything else ?
When you not get to Recovery mode should i send you the Modified system.img ?

there is a reset button, when pushed turns off the tablet. (I've tried about every keypress known to man) the only way I have ever went into the restore is from the ICS settings menu...My other hobby is a 1986 Kawasaki ZL600. one of two things will happen, I'll either figure it out (I think to update it you put update.zip or update.img on the SDCard and it loads the update) OR I'll brick it and I'll be back scratching for answers again.

I have been messing with my Newsmy T3, I have had it for a while now and kind of gave up on porting anything to it, and well I just don't feel I have all the information on how to do it. I did root it and I think I updated it from the chinese website(was not easy to figure this thing out.) I was wondering if you would be able to help me out? I feel that the Firmware the manufacture installed is very glitchy and battery could be better. If you could help it would be great.Comment
