Installing a USB driver that actually works is my issue right now

Okay, I have successfully installed the drivers if anybody has any issues getting the drivers to install correctly I will upload it and post the link here. Now I can not get adb to show the device but i know it is installed correctly. Any ideas?

Maybe it is a Problem with the Driver, Windows Installed this Driver with no Warnings ?
Gave me your Device ID Like this --> USB\VID_0E79&PID_1411.

I used the device ID given by device manager which was USB\VID_2207&PID_0010&MI_01

Rainer and I did a TeamView session and walked over the steps to see where the hang up is. It appears the issue is with the device driver itself and not the ID that's causing the hangup.

Tricky little tablet. But from what I can tell, it has a lot of interesting dev options that most of the bigger name tablets don't have.

We are going to pick back up on this tomorrow and see what else we can figure out. Being on different sides of the world makes for some time constraints.

In the meantime, I've had a little bit of luck with the tmobile marketplace installed on mine. I was able to get kindle and nook apps to work. A few of the more basic games as well. The soc.io mall is worthless, as is KOBU. I've also heard a rumor that the older version of amazon's app market working on these, so I'll give that a shot while Rainer works his driver magic.

We'll be sure to keep you updated on the progress.

Other Work Arounds that do not work

Hello all,

Here a few things I have done so far to try and get the Ematic Pro Series egp007 to load the android market successfully that haven't worked. I'm writing this so you don't waste your time.

1. I have tried to root tablet using the Android SDK tools and SuperOneClick though USB connection to my PC (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1673080) but that bombs because of the driver issue we are seeing from earlier in this thread.

2. I have tried the instructions from http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/...xl-tablet.html
Doesn't work. you'll get to signing into the Android Market and then it stops responding. This will happen everytime you open the market. I've tried different versions of framework and market apks and still doesn't work.

3.Tried this one too: http://www.computric.com/2012/04/ins...thout-rooting/
still doesn't work

Another interesting note is that some of the items these people wanted you to install onto the tablet first before installing the market were already installed on the tablet by default. Such as onetimeinitializer-signed.apk and Googleservicesframework.apk
Has anybody else had any luck with this tablet getting the Android market to work while we wait for a ROM to come through to save the day?
