MK802 IIIs which Rom can I use?

    Hello,

I just got the Rikomagic MK802 IIIs and was wondering which finless rom I can use?
Bluetooth is not important for me right now, so if it wouldn't work .. Np
can I use any Mk802 III rom? Which device is equal ? MK808 and ug802?

    I would love a 1080p

    Ty in advance

Many are using the ug802 1.7 ROM. BECAREFUL to not use a kernel overclocked past 1200 or you will cook your MK802-3

"Pardonne-leur car ils ne savent pas ce qu'ils font"

Have heard from another person that the MK802 IIIS has completely different WiFi and Bluetooth chipsets from the UG802. Doesn't that mean the MK802 IIIS will not work with the 1.7 ROM?

Yep, that's right. Wifi and BT not working :/
I am waiting for my USB LAN Adapter, that would fix the Internet problem for me.

Maybe there ll be a rom for us in the future.

MK802IIIS 8G with Bluetooth can use "iMito MX1/2 Finless ROM 1.5"
          MK802IIIS 4G/8G without Bluetooth can use "UG802 2dark4u/Finless ROM 1.7" or "MK802III Official Firmware"

Ty. Is there a big difference between the 1.5 mx and the 1.7 ug802?

yes there is a diffrence between ug802 and mk802s they are almost the same except mk802iiis has wifi bluetooth chip and 3 usb ports (1 full size 2 small with a included small to full size adapter) and has 8gig space. ug802 has a diffrent wifi chip and only 4gig space! the ug007 is much closer to mk802iiis as they both have 8gig and bluetooth

so far i think the mx1/2 1.5 finless bob rom works with it though but i havent tried yet!

I tested both roms and all I can say is I prefer the UG 1.7
I had a few freezes, lags and stuff with the Imito Rom.

As soon as I get my Ethernet Adapter I ll go back to the 1.7 ROM

                      Finless 1.5 on MK802 IIIS

Can I flash finless 1.5 on my MK802 IIIS and expand the internal storage to 2gb? Can I revert to stock firmware if I don't want finless anymore?

Revert ROM = install other ROM

In MK802-IIIs you can revert installation of ROM or CUSTOM ROM (Finless 1.5) restoring to another ROM. The best process is using RESET button Technique.
