    I hear you...
The ODroid-X2 is awesome, but pricey.
I've been contemplating the RasPI, or just building an HTPC (MicroATX) format) with a VESA mount...

I actaully still had the same video issue even after that big 360 heatsink. Turns out the Powered USB hub I have ben using was feeding power back through the stick, so now the stick wont run stable unless I have 3 amps running through it. So now I have a 2 amp on the power input and a 1 amp on the OTG port and its finally stable. Wont run right otherwise. So I have the stock heatsink on the CPU/NAND and then some vram heatsinks on the other side.

I hadn't posted the latest changes because I wanted to test for a day or so and make sure that was actually the issue instead of jumping to conclusions (mat) like I did so quickly before. Im running the new 1080p kernel and Bob's 1.6 rom and its running great. Streaming movies from my NAS to XBMC on the stick with no issues.
Well I seem to have simular issues with a 2 Amp power supply that is branded one and that is actually just able to deliver 2 Amps measured.
I am now using a 3 Amp module which I measured to be able to deliver 5 Amps peak. I, and the MK808 feel much more comfy it seems
