Good news, I hope they release mk808b Rom soon, and I am sure that Bob will give us a better firm soon too.

The better thing on this firm is the possibility of different logins, so ours sticks can be useb by all the family to see Facebook, mails, etc...

Damn! And I was working on a port myself! I just started it yesterday.

BTW, the kernel has not changed that I can tell. 4.2.2 will run on a 3.0.8+ kernel
So ports to MK808B etc "may" be easy. We shall see when I get the release.

        we broke your surprise.

I see in the screenshot kernel 3.0.36 but it must work with 3.0.8. Waiting for the new port

Sweeeeeeeet! Does this mean 1.8 is coming for mk808 ? Hopefully it does not have the same wifi issues some had with 1.7

1.7 is now fixed for wifi speed. Now I know what to do to fix it in the future.

I will probably call a 4.2.2 ROM a 2.0 instead of 1.8. Some people may not like 4.2.2 and still want 4.1.x and I may continue to update 4.1.x

Awesome. Thanks for letting me know. So it seems that both 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 can share the same kernel, right? I'm thinking of trying your 1.7 out if that's the case with Omegamoon's kernels.

You must try it, the best rom I saw by the moment.

I do not see why not! As long as it is compatible with the current kernel.

Looks like it maybe replaces WIMO with "Wif Display". I didn't see a change-log Anyone know what the update includes?

Apart from the different users what were the benefits of 4.2.x again? Wasn't it a buttersmooth 60fps refresh rate for the desktop?

                          I tried the official 4.2.2.
It looks like it is not rooted. I cannot restore my backup with Tit.backup.
It is slower. Instead of the 9600-9700 antutu benchmark of the Finless 1.7, this new 4.2.2 seems to be under 8000.

Messuring everything in Antutu scores is plain dumb

                              Re: 4.2.2 soon on MK808 !!!

I use the benchmarks for stability test. I didnt check the new version cause I have a mk808b, but I think the important thing in a Rom is if run smoothly, if works with my apps, if it hasn't bugs, etc...
It's only my thinking way, but I dont care about benchmark score. I see a lot of roms with hight benchmark scores in my phone but they lags like hell and with a lot of functionality lost.
