Use cwm. Also a nice way to have a backup when they mess it up.

I guess you don't want a user account on it so get the apk's, install them, test and then back it up via cwm on a sd-card and recover on the other devices.

Thank you!I need to flash 200 Devices. If i want to use cwm i need to root each device at first, right? The easiest and fastest way would be, if i could customize the Finless 1.7 Rom and just flash it on each device.

Correct that should work! To be honest make small steps and note down the versions like ver1 (set time zone) ver1.1 (add videoplayer) etc

If you could make a complete img that would be even easier, then you would not have to make all the steps just flash it in one go. Maybe Bob can help you with that.

Found a solution. On Ubuntu you can mount the system.img File. And there i could easily add my apk's to app-Folder. Used this tutorial(it's german, but t think one can recocnize the important commands. if someone have the same problem!):http://www.android-hilfe.de/root-cus...earbeiten.html
