@leolas, this is good information about rebooting in cwm. but, is that _only_ solution, as there is no buttons beside power and reset? but good to know. i'll try it to install it from market.
about errors - i downloaded it twice. so, or i just do not have luck or those two files simply must be placed on internal sd. about my sd card, ok, it is possible that there is some problem, but i used that card some time in another android box, and never problems with it.
in any case, next update i'll try to make with this method. hope i'll have better news!
