hometheatrelife link doesn't work "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH"... maybe one more site which only works at errorsoft IE which I don't use?

But do I see right that they boot at 720P or is it only the OS and not the BIOS? If it's also at the BIOS then it would be a great idea

The links work for me.

It's got Tronsmart written on the box, so that is an instant no no as far a purchase goes for me based on their very poor support.

They are rather late in the day to come to the table with this item with the rival products already having stolen the march by months.

With cherrytrail devices imminent, I also think that they would be better off developing for that because interest in baytrail will drop off sharply when it does hit the market.

The really laughable part is what they say on their forum.

'We want to hear from you. Let us know your thoughts and tips about Ara IZ37, such as retail price? What`s app should preinstalled? Where will you use this IZ37? Our ears are wide open.'

They will already know what kind of retail price they plan to sell at based on what the competition is doing.

Based on past support, ears are most definitely not open.

Best way to compare something like these boxes is to play around with them, but it doesn't make sense to buy 5 devices. Thanks for the help, trebor!

WHY don't these boxes come with at least 64gb of internal memory & 4gb of ram?!? That's ok if they want to sell them for $50... but will not make much headway in a crowded field..
So far, the android boxes are still FAR more popular.. that's what's mostly being sold on ****... perhaps consumers are waiting on REAL 4k output decoding/encoding..
ESATA external HDD's/enclosures are more expensive.. better off with mini usb 3.0

Geekbuying charging $259 for a 64gb/4gb Voyo... crazy! Plenty of laptops beating that price these days!

Maybe they forgot something and had to go back to get it. We've all had to do that.

Seriously though, I noticed at the GB page for this box, the specs list an A/V port, If so, would that be a first for these Intel boxes? I'm guessing its a mislabeled H/P jack. Any ideas?
Never mind.Looks like it has been corrected(except under "Other Interfaces"), to indicate H/P jack..
