I have been giving this Box a good run/hard time the last week or so, its had Windows only Android only wiped and formatted many times and still doing well,
It's back to how it was plugged into a spare TV Netflix and Plex I will let it rest for a week or less until i need to much around again.
    Cheers

Trebor!! Is it possible to remove/delete the 15 rkm partitions with a windows program like easus partition and resize/increase the windows partition from 16 to nearly 32gb from this way instead of formatting the rkm from the way you did in the other post? It would be be simpler and faster

I can't see why not, yet to try.
I will poor box getting destroyed again, I did it that way at the time as i was unsure what partition did what.
I did the long slow way to be sure it was also a clean install.
        Cheers

It worked well to a point then I went to far and the wheels fell off.
Able to delete all Android using Easus and re-size windows partition to take up the 4+ gig that was used easy.
There was also a 5 GB image partition attempts to remove then re-size space was not so good all fell in a heap.
It did work just the way the Box was setup. more fiddling to come
          Cheers

            Hi Trevor!!
so you tried (the resizing) from the way i told you...without any issues?
How many gig did you recover at the end?
Did you delete "all" partitions except the "image" one and resize up to ¿20-25gigs? ?
Thanks in advance for your help!!

Yer pretty much, 24gb and 5gb with image. so about 30 GB all up.
A few restarts and Easus doing its thing.

A clean install is always better I find for windows but an option just back up any important stuff.
              All a bit of fun
              Cheers

Hi Trebor, I have my MK36 running well now, although Kodi doesn't seem to work as well for me as VLC. I also tried pot player but don't really like the GUI. My question is whether it's a good idea to update to W10 or should I leave it alone? Being a dual boot system, I'm cautious about the update.
                Cheers!

VLC is good and Pot Player a bit different, Kodi, always updating and on the improve time will tell.
If your happy with it at present, and its not broken don't fix it. :-)
If your using Android as much as Windows leave it.
Most likely you will have to resize partitions to make Win10 fit
Maybe get yourself a cheap Android box later and make the RKM a Win10 box only.
                  Cheers

I know that this box uses the same basic board as the Pipo X7/X7S/X8 but I need to know 2 things:

                        1) What ethernet device is used in this thing? Is it the Davicom DM9621A USB to Fast Ethernet (KMDF)?
                        2) Does it have the same ethernet problem (ie. it powers off when the HDMI cable is unplugged or monitor/TV powered off)?

Could I trouble someone to post a dumped copy of their BIOS or ideally an official version - I can't find one anywhere on the net.

                        Thanks in advance

                        Dave

                            Sorry for the inconvenience,

I have a problem with my box (RKM MK36)
Suddenly I ceased to have access to windows, simply will not start in 32-bit mode.
in android no problem, simply can not change operating system.
Dont have acess to the inicial screen with the two os.
Already tried reset , tried USB boot, and nothing.
The box allways go to android even when i try to change os.
I would appreciate some help please.

                            Excuse my english (i'm Portuguese).

                            Regards.

Thank you but i already done that ... lots of times.

I even try to boot by USB (windows bootable usb) and nothing.

Tried to make a clean windows install and the box just dont run in 32-bit mode. (error every time)

                                any ideas ???

                                Thank you again.
