Advice on reinstalling Finless 1.1 TWRP Recovery missing?

Hi guy's I need some advice for some unknown reason I had the dreaded bootloop again.
I flashed to 109k4 then installed finless 1.1 from ext SD containing the recovery image and the ROM zip file. Using the reboot app I rebooted into recovery all I get is android recovery not TWRP that I need to recover my saved file on ext SD.
what am I doing wrong

Update

Removing external SD as according to finless instructions rebooting to recovery I now see TWRP recovery menu. Inserting the ext SD with my previous backup on then back up from ext SD the file cannot be accessed? Should I relocate the file to the internal SD and whereabouts.

All sorted recopied the backup to the ext SD with the full file structure including the TWRP folder now the file is seen and backed up successfully
