Goodluck
My ISP Acanac tells me their upstream - Bell - is blocking port 123 (needed by NTP) due to DoS attacks. There is currently no plan to un-block it.
Acanac has setup its own time server at 67.55.2.248 for use by its own clients.
I installed the free app ClockSync and gave it this IP for time server and set it to update when the CPU "wakes up" or any time the real/local time differs by more than 1 hour.
After a reboot it correct the time after a few seconds. Works for me!
