Wasser has TV out but no wifi (and some other stuff), you have the other stuff. Any chance you guys could collaborate a little and get a more functional ROM going?
Thanks for all your hard work!!

I will get the new SDK around 20 July for TV boxes.
Then official Lollipop 5.1.1(not 5.1 beta for tablets) will also be released or maybe a couple days later by Nagrace for implementing HPH stuff like rooting, LeHome etc.
Then I also have to make new firmware sometime for new HPH box with HDMI recording, PIP and signal protection bypass for sample boxes released around 15 July.

Works great on my Firefly, have a portrait-landscape issue every once in awhile with gaming(definitely a Pad). Other than that lovin it. Guess we are going to have to take up a collection for sawbones to get him an HDMI input monitor. Really starting to feel bad about him missing all the fun. I can remember having the same issue with the Modem-telephone. Aint no fun waiting for everyone to get to bed.

        Good job, later---cappybob

Thanks for the update, Mo. Keep up the awesome work! I wish that I could help contribute more directly.

          Thanks!
I actually just bought a $5 Chinese HDMI to VGA adapter, with analog audio, just so that I could work on a couple of Android tv devices. That way I can use them with old LCD monitors which require analog VGA input and don't support DVI/HDMI digital signaling. I have a couple of those laying around which can be put to use.

          Haven't tested it yet, though.

              - Some ui display optimization
              - Supports 4K 10bit video
              - Supports 4096 resolution video
              - To solve the problem can not play video games
              - Increase CPU lower limit to 600mhz

It makes video playback smoother, videos with 23.976 framerate play better and don't stutter, device runs faster & 4K videos work better with some videos that can play higher resolution and 10-bit color support, previously only 8-bit color support worked.

I also have the patch running in my new firmware and video playback is a lot better and no stuttering in Kodi/SPMC.
Without the patch 60mbps 4K videos had lots of dropped frames and didn't play smooth.

I'm also working on/testing Linux Kodi support and new Lollipop firmware(maybe next week release).

Is this FW in first post the only (the last) one and will it work with UGOOS UT3?

                  Yes, will work on UT3S.
I'm waiting for newer firmware before I release a new ROM, since this firmware was modified from a tablet firmware and not actually for a TV Box.

Thanks for the answer. So is it worth to install this FW or you think it is better to wait for newer one. If OTA update is possible for this ROM I will install it now, because for some reason Lollipop has some advantages, that I've missed in KitKat (Flash player options in Dolphin browser - any video can be played with custom installed player).

No, Kitkat kernel doesn't work on Lollipop firmware.
Have to wait for Firefly to bring out Lollipop firmware.
I've been waiting over a month for them for Lollipop and still no news.
The fixes above is for my KitKat firmware in the other post.
You can flash it on a Firefly but lots of things like the stuttering fix won't work since there are lots of changes in the kernel.

Great work..wish I could get my AP6330 wifi to work. Tried the file swapping trick in system/etc/firmware but it didn't work. I wish if anyone can help with this one.
                          cheers

I try this Rom on Ugoos UT3 and except no sound, everything works perfect. But without a sound it is not usable for me. Thanks, great Rom anyway.

Normal sound should work but don't think passthrough will work.

Mo123 - you think you could create a resource.img with AP6330 support? or is it also a kernel problem?? Because i cant combine your rom with any files from other roms that support AP6330 and use your software.. and you know we love it

My Unit is the mk902ii with the HTC board..

Would love if you could make a version that would..
