How long does it take for a tracking number to register on the Netherlands surface mail tracking site?

I had an order that was sent last Tuesday but nearly a week later now, their site states that the code entered cannot be found.

It usually takes not long to get a tracking number, sometimes will have a delay if there are too many orders in distribution.
If you didn't get a tracking numbers, you could ask the customer service , they will give you a reasonable reply.

I ordered a Pipo X8 64Gb order number W1507310028382509 and the status has been "processing" for 7 days now. I paid extra for express shipping to receive it within a few days, but obviously have not. Can you please tell me when I expect to receive my goods? I am disappointed now that I paid extra for faster shipping, but the items have not even been shipped yet or in transit to Australia.

I have contacted support 2 days ago & logged a ticket. I have not even received a response from support & the support ticket status is also processing. However your website says support tickets will be responded to in 1 day. This is clearly not the case...

So far the lack of response, communication & customer service has been very poor from the Gearbest website. I am hesitant to recommend Gearbest to anyone in the future.

After you add the product to your Shopping Cart , then click the " proceed to checkout " and there will be a place for you to use the points. Just like the picture below.


By the way, the points are unable to use when there is already a coupon you use.

As for the ship way is surface mail, there are two possibilities for this sort of thing:
1. The product is still on the way;
2.The product was lost.
So I suggest you to wait for another week ,if the product still not arrive ,you could contact the customer center for paying back the money or re-sending.
