11 days now and my order is still procesing and all they said is they re sorry because item is not is stock and i have to wait 2 more weeks to find out that i have to wait another 2 more weeks this is crap worst exprience ever i spent 255 pounds and all i received is ignorance. shame on you gear best you can fool once wont happen again

W1510230155134714 is my order number it was just an asus zenfone2 with a case and another item missing from stock i try to to understand if an item is not in stock why do you have it posted as it is in stock i dont get it so 11 days and they give me a sorry and they put me to wait 2 more weeks that s amazing like is my fault i tried to change the order buyng another phones just to make em send me the order but no 1 gives a **** about that so 11 days a sorry for 255 pounds i worked 3 days in construction to pay a sorry and ignorance thank you gear bestW1510230155134714 Oct 23, 2015 16:55:13 PM £255.58 Processing Last edited by crapat; 03 November 2015, 16:55.

Hello crapat, I used to work construction, very hard-earned money to be sure. I did enjoy it though. I liked watching a pile of sticks turn in to a structure.
Many understand your frustration.
I know you are angry/disappointed, but keep in mind, "you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar". I wish you well and I hope you are able to get this resolved to your satisfaction.

I just have a few days off because of a little sick .
The products sold very well so it takes a little time to bring new ones to our warehouse.

i placed an order W1510310412105142.
2 november you sent a mail with the nice message...your order is shipped out.
and we received a tracking number of DHL, you can find it in your files.
The only thing happened was this:
1 Shipment information received SINGAPORE - SINGAPORE 14:36
This means not that the order is shipped out, so please be honest and fair.
