Questions about the Offers, status, package to GearBest! and Support

    Hi.
    a week ago I've ordered a phone from your site, after checking that it's available in stock, payed via paypal.
    a day after, I've made another purchase. my paypal account was charged for both.
    this is when it gets interesting. while the second order managed to be fulfilled and shipped, the first order (phone+accesories) was put on hold requiring me to "provide ID and credit card photo". after I've said that it waspaid with paypal, I was asked to verify my account (even though vendors can't actually check if a paypal account is verified or not), so I've sent a screenshot showing I was already charged for this deal, and nothing else is needed. after that i didn't get any more replys, so I've opened a new ticket, asking for "order status", and got a reply that "item is out of stock and will be availbel in 7-15 days" giving me the choice to cancel or wait. I replyed asking which of the items in the order were missing, so i can decide, and got answered that "all of them" which is redicolus, especially since these items are currently sold on the site with 3-5 days processing time. I've asked yet another question to which I got no reply yet. so to be annoying I decided to open another ticket. no reply yet.


    so, from a consumer point of view, I had here a try for identity theaft, wrong details as to product availability (even though asked before hand), and all around bad service with slow response.
    what's more annoying is that ordering this phone now from any other site, after black friday/cyber monday deals, will cost me about 50$ then it would have if I didn't order from gearbest.
    alos would love to know how the first order got all this trouble, while the second one is (supposedly atleast) on they way...

    so tl;dr:
    best case scenario - site oversell it's inventory, then delays delivery using these "paypal not verifid" nonsense and slow mail response to "buy time"
    worst-case: this is actually a front for identity theft.
    any case scenario - just bad all around.

    I would be interested to see what this site has got to say about this.

      On page the order ships within 1-2 business days. But i am waiting 6 business days and order status still say ''processing'' !!! and Live Chat not working !!!

        Refund for Beelink X2

        Hi Gearbest,

        I need a refund on the Beelink X2 I purchased from your UK warehouse. The box won't turn on. Red light only.

        How do I go about getting a refund and how long will it take? Very disappointed as this was supposed to be a Christmas present for someone.

          1) I have opened a pre-order ticket on Nov 11, 2015 with authorization to my bank account-debit card.
          2) Gearbest opened the order ticket and pre-charged my account with $ 23.30 - Pic 1
          3) On Dec 2, 2015 Gearbest makes the XIAOMI MiBand 1s, and send me email: We have successfully processed your authorized payment for order: W1511110422223728. - Pic 2
          4) They open A NEW bank ticket charge, completely different from the pre-order and charging my account ANOTHER $23.30 !!!!!!!!!!!??????????? - 2 TIMES.
          Then return ONCE $23.30
          5) I go into my bank account and see that the total charged money are 2 X 23.30 euros (Nov 11 and Dec 2) Pic.2

                      UPDATE: If anybody else have this problem (double charged) first do check it with your bank. Presale authorization on Nov.11 bank charged my debit card instead of pre-authorization only.

                          I have replied explaining the issue and sent a video. Please respond to the ticket explaining how I get a refund otherwise I will need to open a PayPal dispute.

                          I have been messed around too many times by Gearbest at this stage.

                            i have problems with the gearbest support. They always promise to reply within 24 hours. Now im waiting on response for 12 days! (and live chat is not working)

                              without doubt the worst company in china..... took my order for 10 tablets at $1,400... get another email to say not in stock.... choose alternative or wait.... is this a one man operation with a wholesale catalogue in front of him who needs a month with my money..... then fail to deliver ?..... if anyone is here from gearbest... please do my refund !
