pmid720, finally stuck
Well I've finally have a major problem with my pmid720.
I have not had much time to divulge into creating a rom. So I don't expect much response. I have been using another tablet Sprint Samsung SM t217s which I got "free" for a re-up. Of course this is another tab that has fem available roms and... between the Sprint bloatware and Knox this is a massively confused and confusing tab.
My pmid720 seems to be able to only load the recovery. It loads the factory recovery and when I reboot, It does not save any configurations ie wifi settings. Does this mean a bootloader issue?
Believe I saw something in this thread about Link-to sd app causing asec issues.. and I was using that app. Did I overwrite a partition possibly? I haven't used adb yet to take a look.... usb driver issues to work out.
Anyone still working on this tab ?
It was actually working great... used on a tv with the hdmi out google play movies, netflix, Live Media Player
After looking @ files adb/shell... seems as though current files are still there so It hasn't dumped partitions and I noticed I saved boot, recovery and system files to extsd. The odd thing to me is boot and recovery file sizes are identical so I don't know if they are usable.
