              @jedu

              I have buy From lightake.com the same mini pc as ugoo802 without heatshink.

              The correct name of stick is Netxeon_MK906_V2.0. This stick have PMIC the act8846 like the T428 and many others but the WIFI+BT chip is the AP6210 like MK908.

              I have the same problem with you because my stick is not working from beginning I take the dmesg from serial console the problem in my case is the corrupted firmware I send the file to lightake.com and I asked the firmware and this is the answer:

              Hi friend,

              Thanks for your waiting.

              But after confirmed with our supplier, there was no any firmware file with this item, and we checked every paroduct careful before shippment. Whether it can't work at all or it can't work on after download some softwares?
              Could you pls kindly confirm that again?

              So I use my stick with MK802 rom and external 8188EU usb wifi

              I have try and others but the mk908 with AP6210 is not working for me.

              If any one can make rom dump from lightake.com stick (I think all is same) can help many people I think.

              And stay away from lightake.com

                Hello

                Just to finish the thread...

                The device seems to be internally a Tronsmart 908. I downloaded as sugested by vmkogeretla a collection of ROMs at http://yadi.sk/d/T9LLU1wH5tZRa

                Although I was recommended to use 4.1_mk809III_Finless1.4, it didn't work for me but finless 1.5 ROM for tronsmart 908 did the the trick.

                I still don't know why other firmwares for Tronsmart 908 didn't work before. Perhaps I didn't use Restore instead of Upgrade.

                A great thank you to everybody that has helped me.

                Eduardo
