Creating an account and then logging in to VidOn inside VidOn XBMC enables the Pro version. The Pro version offers Dolby TrueHD, Blu-ray navigation, etc. But otherwise, it works without logging in.

Thanks. Where do I create the account? How does it know that I have a free membership which comes with the box? Also, after I obtain the account, where do I enter it into the box (S95)?

I did create an account with Vidon already.
However, I do not see where I can input this account into the S95. When I clicked on Vidon XBMC, it would go directly into the main menu of Kodi.

In XBMC,
Under system then settings, down the bottom you will see Vidon, then click on User Centre.

I visited Vidon site and the only differences between the regular version the the pro version are OTA upgrade, HD Audio and Blu Ray menu navigation.
These features are not important to me for now so there is any value for me to sign up.
I am not sure if the future S95 updates will include Vidon updates. Hope Vidon will go to Kodi 15.2 soon.

Yes, Vidon will always update their kodi, don't worry. As far as i know, amlogic release new sdk for s905 last week, and vidon is working with them to release new version. It need a little time, please be patience. and we will push to make vidon xbmc 15.2 come soon.

Thanks for the inside information. I can more anxious on Tronsmart firmware update than the Vison.
I am hoping the new Tronsmart will receive the new firmware to improve the performance of the box.

Hello. I've Got one problem. Vidon crash when i want to update video List with fanart. Anyone has the same problem. So how can i do to get fanart on my vidéo.?

what do you reccomand to stay with vidon xbmc or to install kodi from google play ???

I think you best bet would be to try and see what works best for your setup.
New Kodi can be a little different and some features may not be compatible with the current way you run things.
Try it dont like go back easy.

do we have to keep stock rom for this free upgrade to work? or will this still work if we go to finless rom (of course have to download vidon from their site) ?
