I don't use the VS remote, that's one of the reasons a bootloader is not included.

This is for RTL8188EU witch is the device i have. Adding something that i don't have is not in my plans because it will require somethings that i'm not willing to do.

Want to use this on my Venz/videostrong Ki amlogic S805...
am presuming it still has the DTV app for the DVB-S2 tuner ? ...
also you think this might alter the hdmi audio implementation, from the standard,
as the original/standard one seems to be messing up my simplink conection from TV to Soundbar ! ...
and one more Q, qould going back to the standard rom be just as easy ? ! or am i better to get twrp installed first ??

That is not as problematic as adding another WiFi chip. Another Wifi chip implies besides kernel, that i would have to check boot.img for services and probably add multi DTB witch i'm not interested to do.

do you think your build would differ than the original on the HDMI-cec control ? (as doing a little bit of research it seems thats the "protocol" thats messing with Soundbar/TV (smplink) control etc )
Not sure, but probably not. But i intend to cherry-pick some fixes related to it and more.
