Want to use this on my Venz/videostrong Ki amlogic S805...
am presuming it still has the DTV app for the DVB-S2 tuner ? ...
also you think this might alter the hdmi audio implementation, from the standard,
as the original/standard one seems to be messing up my simplink conection from TV to Soundbar ! ...
and one more Q, qould going back to the standard rom be just as easy ? ! or am i better to get twrp installed first ??Comment

I haven't included the DTV app, mine hasn't got the runners, but you can place the app in system and try since you have root.
Can't say about the audio, I don't use simplink.
Yes, reverting back to any ROM is that easy.

not sure if the tuners would need drivers too (is a AVL6211DTV) ? .. presume that would be apart of the rom and would need integrating properly ? (like those wifi drivers people been asking about etc ?)Comment
