Beelink X2 blocked on the second screen

Hi everybody

I'm sorry for my english, I come from Italy.

3 days ago I received the Beelink X2 bought on Gearbest.com.
Yesterday I tried to turn it on but after showed Google image it goes on MBOX and doesn't go forward.

Do you advice me to try with a firmware reset?

If it's failing to boot properly, you have 2 options;
Return it to gearbest - quite difficult
Re-flash it and see if that fixes it- might make it impossible to return

If you can flash it the custom rom Sc v1.2 is very good.
