Launcher - Let's see yours!

For those that know how to tweak or create Launchers, home screens etc... someone mentioned earlier about modifying a file within an installation for each individual box... I am looking for a simple launcher interface without too much tweaking that i can simply load and set up for an older family member, something like the MXQ launchers or this...

Hi, my personal favorite is the Ugoos Launcher, you can download directly from Google Play Store, an it's free.
Simple, minimalistic, and very easy to use with remote control.

I like this set up... how do you get the widgets? I put on weather live, but it's just a tile with access to the app. And to do the set up, do you have to hook up a wireless mouse and keyboard? To change the tiles, fonts, icons, etc?

When adding a tile you have to chose a widget tile not an app tile in the list. You have to set wallpaper with weather live's wallpaper. You need a mouse to config tiles and everything else, even a normal wired mouse for pc will work out of the box.
You can reach lock/unlock home page by pressing the double squared central key of the stock remote.

Your one key boost, is the quick clean one, I had that when I just did the ANdroid 6.0 screen, but I have Square home 2 now and the only icon etc I have for one key boost is the one that opens the actual app, if I go into widgets there is nothing for One key boost. Initially before, when I first ran it, it would add the other icon to my home screen, so I ran that now and still can't get the one keyed access with the little fan on it? Any suggestions?

Ok Folks. Because square home launcher has a nice back up tool that will allow others to use your back up to install exactly as you have done. I did a back up added my screen to the zip and will post a screen and link to zip. As well as short explication of howvto restore it. Be kinda cool just to click and install how someone else has without the pain of sitting and changing all the settings.
