Has realtek 8189 wifi chipset and Sandisk flash.

Have tried a variety of S905X / 1Gb / 8189 IMGs, they will not flash.

Have tried some M8S+ S905X IMGs, they will flash but will not boot, and brick the box ( you get startup logo but wont boot, and also will not boot into recovery with button hold, and the only way to fix is to short pins on the NAND to be able to flash it again).

^Example. This will flash but box will brick and not boot past startup logo and refuses to go into recovery. No other imgs/or zips I tried for S905X MXQ Pro variants works. P212 roms also do not work.

Patching the above rom with the S905X TWRP recovery does not work, you cant boot to recovery, even if I patch bootloader from a different rom. I had to patch the above with a different UBOOT to be able to get into recovery, and even then TWRP will refuse to mount any partitions.

So it seems the only way to unbrick this thing is to have an original firmware, if anyone knows where I can find one for the M95..

Yes it is basically a P212 variant, if you open it up you'll see it on the board, but only mxq pro s905x roms will work. I believe this one worked for me.

Can you do me a favor? Are you able to copy the remote.conf file from the /system/etc directory and send to me? Or cut and paste the text here?

If so I can make an Android TV firmware for this box, last thing I need is the remote file . Thanks
