Looks like there are both 16Gb and 32Gb models available.
Will know tomorrow when mine arrives.
Also a vendor with what appears to be their own online presence.

My initial Y2 impressions.
The unit is encased in a plastic shell, with a newer design that has a little more space between the vent holes in the bottom and the surface that it will grace. The theory will be that the additional space will aid heat dissipation.
Unlike most boxes that have 4 pads on each corner, this one has 2 rubber strips on each side to support it.
On the left side is a full sized SD card slot, which when used has an insertion feeling that doesn't convince you that the card is inserted correctly.
It feels a little like you are forcing the card in, rather than sliding it but once you reach the maximum insertion depth then there is a reassuring popup to indicate that the card has been recognised.
All other interfaces are on the rear. 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x HDMi 2,0a, 1 x gigabit ethernet, 1 x Toslink SPDIF and the ac power supply port.
The usual items are in the box. HDMI cable, basic instruction leaflet and basic remote control.
Looking at all the varied ac port adapter sizes, with many of these boxes running 5v/2a, it does make me wonder why vendors don't standardise on a Micro USB port to deliver power, which would make it a more universal standard and also allow people to easily replace ac adapters where necessary, or, because of the small size of these boxes, they could be considered more of a portable option, knowing that many users will often have a USB charger of some kind that they always carry around with them.
40 second boot time.
Blue light on the front to indicate an active status and red when either in sleep mode or powered off.
Another new TV style bovy launcher with a little difference.
Rather than have just one main launcher screen, this one can be scrolled across a number of screens, allowing a more expansive view.
It also has text based menu options, as well as the box icons.
Initially though there was a great deal of lag when selecting some of the text based ones, such as to go back home, where there could be as much as a 5 second delay between selection and action.
The general lag after the initial boot also extended to the Play Store, where again, updating apps could take an age, even whilst connected via Gigabit ethernet connection.
I was beginning to think that there was something seriously wrong with the firmware but did find that after a while, things in general moved on to a more snappy and efficient experience.
Notification and navigation bars are present, so this shows that the vendor has taken notice of this deficiency in previous S912 firmwares, although the screenshot button is missing.
Yet again we see the forked Kodi version riddled with illegal addons (including porn, so beware when purchasing for a child) and also what now seems to be becoming the norm of having an additional Kodi mass addon installer. Stock version of Kodi should ALWAYS be clean. Anything else should be optionals and not essentially forced. So had to install all the additional crap to run the fresh install addon to return to a clean Kodi installation.
The only thing that I did like was the custom Confluence skin that I saw earlier with the Dolamee D5.
Firmware is rooted out of the box and automatic permissions granted, with no prompting.
There are a number of bundled apps including quite a few dedicated to TV and movies, including CloudTV and Crackle. Some of these will not operate in my region of the world, so will be unable to test them. Again there are those that give you access to illegal movie streaming, so not that impressed with this aspect.
Kept getting an error to say that Facebook had closed, despite not even being loaded and prevented from loading on boot with a startup manager, so uninstalled it.
It was time to briefly test some videos,so began with a gamut of files from the inserted SC card, initially using the stock Video player (or Video for unsupported file formats).
HDMI passthrough was turned on for the test (working) and HDMI self adaptation (Auto adjust refresh rate), which, like all other new AmLogic firmwares, does not work.
Video playback was generally good, although there was some slight lag with many 4k videos. Not much but still noticeable.
Colour reproduction was very good, even though, to my sight, the wow factor experienced with the Dolamee D5 somehow made it seem a little second class, even though it was still very good indeed.
AC3 and DTS playback was very good and although I did initially find some sound clipping, it would seem to go away as soon as a second AC3/DTS file was played.
I have a feeling that the vendors have been watching the Modded/Custom ROM development on Freaktab and have likely implemented Prahjisters sound clipping fix into the firmware, which is good,as it shows that they are taking notes in order to improve.
Then onto Kodi where i also noticed something that I had implemented in my Acemax ROM, so another indication of eyes taking notes.
However, something odd happened just as I was changing the Kodi settings.
I got a blank screen and for a short period the box locked up completely.
After getting access back and force closing Kodi I started it again but there was no response. No errors. Just nothing.
So I decided that a reboot was in order and as I was not using the supplied remote but my gyroscopic controller, rebooted using the Petrus reboot app.
At which point I noticed an issue.
Whilst the box would appear to reboot, with the blue light coming on, nothing would appear on the TV screen.
After the usual port/cable checks I was able to get the box booting again by pulling the ac and plugging back in again.
But when I tested the reboot function, the same thing would happen each time.
Kodi would still not load and I decided to carry out a factory reset.
This is where things have now come a halt.
Whilst it appears to begin the restart process, just as with the reboot issue, the same exact thing happens as it will be booting into recovery to carry out the reset.
But the reset is never actually completed and even after removing a replugging the AC supply, it will now not boot to anything at all.
So either there is some form of firmware corruption, the wrong recovery is being used with the firmware or there is a hardware fault.
I will have to source a copy of the stock firmware in order to continue evaluating.Last edited by bluesmanuk; 29 September 2016, 04:49.R-TV BOX S10, Beebox N3150, Chuwi Hibox, Nvidia Shield, A95X Max

I have sence sent it back to be replaced. So hopefully it'll have been a one off indecent.
Now I'm wondering why they decided to ditch the OTG Port, on these Boxes. Seems like such a boneheaded move to me.

I've extracted the stock ROM and debloated to remove anything that gives access to illegal content or that which you would not want your children accessing but can't flash as none of the normal methods of flashing are working. The USB Burning tool will not see the box.
