I have it on a usb and once I select the update and the box reboots I get error messages, am I doing something wrong?

i tried everything....pressing the reset and then connect the usb to the computer....but nothing happened...maybe my computer cant read the box.
any solutions?which is the right port?

me too but i did it through the recovery menu that shows up and select EXT and the UDISK and locate your zip file on usb.

So with this update it does make the box faster? I wonder why the box isn't right to begin with

ok guys I FIND THE WAY ON WINDOWS 10 HOW TO PLAY WITH USB BURNING TOOL.
1)install the usb burning tool with having connecting the box with power and usb cable to pc
2)after the installation open the burning tool and select image and click start
3)remove all cables from box
4)NOW push power on button and connect usb cable,then connect power cord and final click the reset button until you will hear the bip from computer and see the process start on burning tool!

I tried it using ota from a usb,I go to exe and it starts the update but fails because it says it can't write over a more recent version that is installed? Maybe I downloaded the wrong update?

The problem in having with the box is it will play a few seconds of a stream then it stops, it started doing this a few days ago after I did a factory reset. Before the reset it would actually load a stream and let me enjoy. I don't know what to do with it to make it work like it's supposed too

Hey guys!

I needed some help,
I want to update SU on my bb2 pro, I know how to do it on a android phone but this is my first (well first one that I didn't brick after 10 mins of having it) time trying on a android box. Normally I wouldnt ask a simple question but I tried updating the SU on a r- box tv pro and bricked it and being without a computer couldn't fix it so I don't want to end up in the same boat :/

Basically how would I specifically update SU for this box?

Sidenote, if anyone might know... Which twrp should I use for this box, I spent hours trying to find the right answer but got so confused and wasn't sure which one would work and I didn't wanna risk bricking the device.

i have a crazy problem.
i made hard reset through menu but after that it stucked in to the
"SYSTEM FIRST SET APP, PLEASE DO NOT POWER OFF..

i was wating for an hour and after i unpluged the power and i put back
it boot with the "Mecool" logo and then the same, is trying to "SYSTEM FIRST SET APP, PLEASE DO NOT POWER OFF..

i entered into the recovery but when i made "wipe data/reset" i got a message that it can not be done after a while.

can i reinstal firmwarte and were can i find it?

please if someone can help quickly. i have to sent tommorow the box and they will not belive me what happened.
