I was able to boot my m8s ii with sd card and twrp but cant do much more. I think internal storage is blocked or something. it wont let me install anything on it.

Are you able to flash new recovery, boot , dtd and bootloader? This would open your file system with correct partitions.

I wrote with Terminal Emulator the commands, but maybe it coul be done with script including commands.

I dont think i can. I have tryied but all i get is errors
