Well it needs HDCP for 1080p flix... or else forget it....
Mine should be coming in the next weeks so only then i can tell if its hdcp or not, since this one from trebor was a custom key they send to him!

Recent updates has resolved and comes with L1 and HDCP-1.x so Netflix 720.

for about three days TVCenter is no longer open, but if I disconnect from the internet, the app starts up with no addon. I reinstalled the TV Center, but if I'm connected to the Internet, it does not start ... as if at the first release it does a server check ... I do not know what it can be. The player is connected to the internet with a cable and if I go to About \ Status networking ... at the mac address it appears: 02: 00: 00: 00: 00, but if I connect through wifi I get the correct mac address corresponding to the network card wireless .. on the other hand when I'm connected with a cable and disable wifi .... in the router I get the correct mac address ... on the back of the case.
Can someone look to see what's on About \ Status network ... but be connected with cable and disable to wifi ???

Hi the screenshots are from MECOOL KIII Pro? How did you get AndroidTV on it? Is this HDCP 2.2 or ?If it is HDCP 2.2 how did you manage to get it?
Have you tested Netflix and can you get in fact 1080 and 4k?

Yes is from KIII Pro, how did get ATV on it? made it...
And no is not HDCP 2.2 but 1.x.
Yes in fact netflix is 1080p (limit of HDCP 1.x)

How can we make it hdcp 2.2? The wetek play 2 was not hdcp, then they updated it through its and it is now hdcp 2.2.

Was delivered with the latest firmware and Android 7.1
- so far I am satisfied with the device

ONLY I have a problem
- Amazon Prime Video does not work for me
I can instal the app and access my Accuont
but as soon as the video / movie is to be played, the app stops

.... can someone help me ?

Is the MECOOL KIII Pro the preferred device?

Is the DVB S2 stream through Tvheadend (so oscam would be possible)?

I am using MECOOL KIII, I have issue on DVB S2 , after installing SCV1 ATV ROM video feez on HEVC /4K channels , but work fine on SCV1 Normal android ROM,
Same issue on stock 7.1 ROM.


Is there any solution for it, ??

Mecool and others are missing an area of the market.

Whilst this and other boxes have hybrid DVB-S/DVB-T2 tuners, unless you have both satellite and terrestrial connectivity, you can't ever hope to use a function that set top boxes have had for many years, the ability to watch one channel whilst watching another.

There is not an Android box in existence that has dual DVB-T2 tuners that would enable this functionality (which could also be extended to other dual tuner models of the same type such as DVB-S and ATSC).

With the massive rise of IPTV boxes, especially those based upon enigma 2 such as the Zgemma series, there is an opportunity for a vendor to produce Android boxes that can offer the same STB functionality that millions of people use, combined with the benefits of Android and IPTV.

An all singing and dancing once stop box for all uses could make a whole lot of money for manufacturers and vendors in a hole in the market that is completely open for somebody to exploit.

Hi, I bought this tv box 2 years ago but since DRM scheme is missing I can't see video on demand such as DAZN, INFINITYTV,NETFLIX etc...please can you tell me how to fix this problem? Otherwise I have to buy another TV box.
