Suggestion:
It appears items don't always get shipped out straight away which is understandable as its more cost effective to ship out mass quantities, so personally I'd like to see more items in European warehouse.

Congratulations to GearBest on reaching this milestone! I am looking forward to making many more purchases over the the next three years!

Two advantages of purchasing items from Gearbest are -
1) The huge range of products from cell phones to 3D printer kits.
2) Very competitive pricing and great coupons/specials.

I would purchase more regularly from Gearbest if they could could make arrangements with local partners/international postal services to fast track customs clearances and local deliveries upon arrival in the destination countries. These arrangements should also cover warranty returns to China which are currently not practical due to the expensive local shipping costs. If all the faulty items were returned to local collection points they could be easily shipped back to China in bulk.

Found GB a year ago and now all my tech stuff comes from them.
Main advantages are the prices and the hability to send it to Portugal without paying customs fees..

Bought a few Android boxes there to a bunch of my friends, excellent service and also very good customer care.
Had 3 dead on arrival or malfunction devices and they took care of it, swaping or refunding, thank you gearbest..

1. They have a mobile app.
2. They have a great support
3. I got some quality items from them.

Suggestions for Imrpovements.

1. Tell the customer if the item is preorder/not on stock in their warehouse so the shipping will not be delayed for days.
2. More competitive pricing other online site.
3. Dont offer coupons that will cancel the current discount and replace it with much smaller discounts.

Advantage 1: Gear Best always has a great selection to pick from. I cannot seem to find anywhere that you have that many boxes to pick from. Advantage 2: Gear Best somehow manages to have the best price on even the newest boxes.

Suggestion: Maybe bring in some more dual LAN boxes and speed up the shipping by a few days.

- Prices: I have found on your site things that on other places cost almost double
- Shipping: Really fast, most of the time when I order something that comes from China it takes up two months but with you guys the shipping time has been quite fast

Suggestion:
- In-app Tracking: Even I have payed for the tracking on my latest orders, you can't actually see the tracking info in the mobile app only in the website and even there you have to go to another website
