Scishion V88Plus 4k won't start and RKBatchTool fail

It is my Box. What FIRMWARE need for this box Scishion V88 plus 4k? maybe it need other Firmware?

i Didnt make the circuit on these pins photo is not very good. my box dont turn on any LEDs only red. i dont know what hapened. i came back home after job and box didnt work. Now when i connect box on RKBATCHTOOL it is blue on Connected device. A few times light was green but i dont know how i did that.

Hi, I understand, it really happens with these boxes, if the Red LED turns on is not the worst of cases, still back. The important thing is to know which pins to use to make the circuit, if you do everything carefully, your box will be working again.

My Box on the outside is an MXQ-PRO 4K, but inside it closely resembles a V88, mainly because it has the AV and SPDIF connectors in yellow. I use firmwares like A95X R1 Android 5.1.1, Ugoos UT6 1.2.0 Android 6.0 (although it is the best firmware does not have bluetooth chip support and well to Infrared Control), I also already test this for V88 / MX4 Android 6.0 and I did not like it very much . There are others that sometimes work, some get stuck in the boot, others just turn on the red LED. Here I recommend the Firmware A95X R1 Android 5.1.1. I had not looked well, yours is the V88 Plus, the firmware should be another one because of the RAM, I attached a link from Gearbest, download at the end of the tutorial. If you using rkbatchtool make sure you select the restore option not upgrade, if you using Android tool then erase it first.

This is already a lot of progress, how did you manage to do the flash? Did you circuit the pins or just tried to do flash and got it? Did you use which tool? Tell us details, your post will help others with the same problem as you.

On the firmware, try also the Gearbest that I sent the link, sometimes some ROMs, I do not know why they get stuck in the logo (before bootanimation). Sometimes it happens to me, it may be some incompatibility of Boot.


Only test the firmware you are sure is for your device.

1. i put usb cabel to pc
2. i start program AndroidTool_Release_v2.35
3. then i select img file of FIRMWARE
4 i circuit the pins and put usb to tv box and when AndroidTool Found one MASKROM Device i dont circuit the pins
5. Then i EraseFlash and get Prepare IDB Fail
6.in few times i didnt get Prepare IDB fail and Flashig was almost done but then was some fail after download firmaware or testing firmaware. But then after reseting tv box the light was blue and tv box stoped on android logo.

From the image above it seems that this firmware is not compatible, or that there are errors in reading the internal memory, probably by the methods used or by incompatible firmware.
