Netflix works fine now with latest update from Magendanz and this fix BurnKeyTools-V1.06.apk

Exactly, having root does not have anything on the DRM key, however if the device's DRM L1 does not work anymore means Netflix has done something for your app to identify and bar access on devices not certified by Google.
