I'm looking for the TWRP version for the Mecool M8S PRO+ to be able to install/root Magisk by myself.

The link to TWRP on the first page is broken, could you give me a link ?

I know that TWRP is included in the modified firmware but for some reasons I want to keep the stock firmware for now that's why I'm looking for TWRP alone.

The firmware is rooted. Just find the driver (kernel module) you need and place it in /system/lib/modules. (You might also need to add an insmod call in your init.amlogic.rc.)

Yep, I've got a custom boot logo that replaces the Mecool one.

I installed the new firmware and image, now the Mecool logo disappeared only Nexus is seen, this is normal right?

Hi, did anyone figure out yet how to get sound from a bluetooth dongle?

The dongle connects to my earphones, but no sound.

FYI I'm using usb bluetooth dongle, would a dongle in the AV port work?

I think that different wireless chip exist for some time already. Friend of mine is unable to install any of your mod. Wifi is not working. He had to rollback to older one (from september?) and flash img from pc to get this back.

So, has anyone been able to get sleep working on this box using this technique? While it apparently works on the M8S PRO W, it's not working for me on this latest OEM firmware for the M8S PRO+.

Yeah, that's next on my list. The trouble is that we've now got two kernels on that box, one for each wireless chipset.
