I had to switch from kodi Jarvis 16.1 due to krpyton not being functional on my current android box. I was told to use ftmc. The problem is theres no brightness setting, even when i changed the systm menu to advanced. Is there a version of ftmc out there that has a brightness setting?

I did see the same question did come up in a topic regarding SPMC and the advice was to disable Mediacodec(Surface) to enable the brightness settings, although I have not checked this myself in FTMC.
