You probably had Android 4.1 or 4.4 before? Try Android 6, would supercelerons SCV1 (Android 6) work on your H96 pro stick?
Anything too old will likely not have good drivers/compatible. Wifi, Bluetooth are they needed, cpu/gpu drivers or governors may run too slow or too hot? The later which you may be able to tweak with apps?
I'm not trying to discourage,but, give you pause to try and find the best compatible firmware.

I did have android 7 from the box mate need to try ilder android 6 but cant fund it anywhere

Did it on my dongle and works perfectly. WiFi and Bluetooth as well!
