but shipping company informed us it needs to pay more fee for a remote area.
so he agreed to change to EMS.

but the problem is that shipping company informed us it needs to pay more fee for a remote area if you stick to use HK priority line.
but you refused it.
so our customer service suggested to change to EMS and you agreed it.
only you have agreed to change to EMS, our customer service could process it for you.

From the February 21st i ordered the item 4452259 via HKEU priority line. I received the tracking number 15 days later!(Martch 7th).
From then to now my tracking number remain deactivated.
When should it be active?
Do i have the same issues like others with the customs fees?
