Now i see that the item is in transit via DHL but the order was from the very first time via HKEU priority line.

and they didn't know how much time can passed the Customs

it stops in customs? so they are shipping it with dhl? But this is the way to avoid customs I hope I dont have to pay customs because it is the reason I paid 20 euros for shipping
