Help identify this board

The case says it a ms8+ I know it not because now brick. I believe it was a s805 chip and i couldn't upgrade past kodi 16.1. I believe what i need to unbrick is the card firmware. The usb burning tool does not detect it on my windows 10 machine. Tv doesn't detect it. it blue light and totally dead. I believe it maybe a chip short to be able to add the bootloader, What i really would like is openelec just to get it up and running is fine to. my Friend told me it use to come up MBOX. Any help appreciated

first bad Picture , i think there are serveral Elecs that can be installed , but for

flashing a box like that u can better use a Win7 Pc , if possible .

win10 usb tools does respond now to my other boxes
I did find out the flash is a 8gb
the chipset i need to remove the heat sink some how

So it has a 8GB ROM , do you know the Wifichip ???

no Stickers to see on the PCB ???

do you have a Ethernet Port ???

cant get in it i did try a sdcard burning tool but it not booting also the files doesnt match i get something like bootimage.partition as one of the 3 files
