For those who wish to recompile framefork-res to itself - the brief instruction

aml_7.1_s912_q9377-S912_mac-20171206 is working well on my Gearbest (Wisdom) H96 Pro+. Was using s912_q9377-H96_KDMC17.3_50ME_600M_mac-20170918. Stability on the new ROM seems improved. Still get the odd app not responding message, but click wait and it proceeds. Nice that CEC seems to work better. Ethernet is direct wired but I tested both WiFi bands they seemed to work fine. Picture quality may be a bit better. So far no big issues.

Hi, how did you install the firmware ?
I have the same Wisdom model with s912_q9377-H96_KDMC17.3_50ME_600M_mac-20170918 firmware but if i try to flash with FlashTool the new aml_7.1_s912_q9377-S912_mac-20171206 firmware, the fleashing process ends with error.

Thanks but i have already solved by myself.
I have replaced system.PARTITION and boot.PARTITION in the old firmware image with the system.PARTITION and boot.PARTITION of the new firmware image using Amlogic Customization Tool and then flashed the modified old firmware.
The flash Tool completed successfull and now the box run without any issue the upgraded system image and kernel.

1) recovery.img on sd card
2) framework-res patch on usb
3) boot with recovery button and wait twrp image and install framework-res patch ,wipe cache/davilk ,reboot , enjoy !
