Hello friends, I'm new here and I need your help! Yesterday has arrived my Tanix max from Gearbest and I wanted to flash twrpS905x.img... but now I have no recovery mode... I installed Quick reboot app to have the recovery mode option... but it doesn't boot in any recovery mode. Not even if I press the Reset button and plug the power cord in... It shows Tanix logo forever, it's stucked there.
I tryied t update it with the latest p281-ota-20180321.zip with integrated UPDATE app... nothing, stucked at logo!
So, what can I do to resolve this problem? I want the recovery mode back, even the native one! I'm not a beginer in flashing ROM's, but not on a tv box, only on smartphones... Can anybody help me? Thank you.

Holly balls!! How do I use another launcher? I set the new launcher under Home setting and everything seems fine until I restart the device. Everytime the default launcher will show, although if I click the Home button at the bottom of the screen the new launcher will start/show.

How can I make my new launcher show automatically when I restart the device?

Can someone tell me how to get the weather info to show up on the bottom of the home screen? I have a different box TX5 Max but has the same Alice UX

To replace apps you press the menu button on the remote inside of the app section that you want to change.
