Now this makes it more perplexing!

I just verified on my MK908, and the numbers on the board are 1326. So, You seem to have the same board as me DeekB, you have issues with yours and I do not with mine? Very interesting! And You are NOT using the stock Power supply either? Wondering if I am gonna have trouble soon? I have watched movies for hours and no problems. I do have a different PS. 5v 3amps.

Thanks Jetski, I think I might go buy yet another PSU just to be sure, soemthing that is a bit overkill just need to find one with 3 - 4 AMP output,

The other tsrange thing is if I run the stock 0802 firmware all my rebooting issues are gone, the only time it will reboot is when trying to run the atutu bench mark but doesn't reboot when installing apps and so on like it does with other custom roms so I really dont think it is a power issue or a hardware issue with the stick itself as if it was I'd expect the same to be happening in the 0802 stock rom,

its got me baffled hoping for more devs to get this V3 stick so we can hopefully get a more stable custom rom/kernel.

So I keep looking at this and analyzing what could be wrong here,

Seems the RAM could also be different maybe, Look at the numbers on the RAM in these pics,

Problem being I dont know what the represent, I am going to start looking on google for more info on this ram and these numbers,

        My Board

        thesawolf's board

you can see there is some differences in the ram, not sure if these numbers are relevant though.

So had a look online, Cannot see much about this RAM,

Does anyone know if the numbers that are different on the chips have any relevance on what type of RAM it is?

            Who Needs Netflix?

My stick is dated 2013.5.13 and was purchased late May, also, before I received the stick, I heard that the enclosed power supply was junk so I ordered this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I am also using this adaptor for internet: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 , this is what I use to control the whole thing; http://www.amazon.com/GKM681R-Wirele...ywords=gkm681r thru a powered 4 port USB hub. My wifi router is only 10 feet away and I only connect at 65meg, but I had a gig Ethernet cable accessible so why not use it! I running rom: MK908-android.4.2.2.jjhmod.v1.3 and XBMC runs great! Yeah, even it crashes every once in a great while. With that, who needs Netflix. And until I see that a REALLY good fix is available, I'd say I'm set for awhile. Yes I have used the original supplied power adapter and it seemed to work, but why take the chances. and I have flashed a lot of roms since and all booted fine. The one mentioned above worked good so I have stuck with it for the past month or so. Thanks again to all the developers in this forum! Program on gents, program on!! have one on me!
Well, I use Netflix a lot. Unfortunately Netflix not working is a dealbreaker for me. I'm looking for a good unit with a good ROM that supports Netflix and has great WiFi. I hope I can find one!

also the ram could say GEIL but you never know if it is real or just painted fake.
We know how products get cloned, for example pendrives, memory cards. Plus a very light quality testing from china...

For example i ended up just smashing my old imito mx1 after 1 year of constant issues. The damn thing kept rebooting, no matter what power supply i used, no matter what rom i used, no matter how big the extra heatsink i used, the damn thing didnt even get warm and it rebooted with graphical glitches randomly, either the gpu or the ram had serious flaws. I remember that i used a live wallpaper and it started to look with blocks before the device just rebooted itself.

                XBMC = Netflix killer?

1micah5, have you tried XBMC? I had the Netflix and High def with the cable. With this stick and XBMC, I save over $75 a month!! I like that alone! Not to say anything is wrong with Netflix at all. I can get all that I had with Netflix and much more including TV series that the wife said was a MUST have along with my shows and all the movies galore before I cut most of the wires. And after hearing all the good things about this ROM, I may do a back up and flash this this weekend and give it a whirl!
