Scishion V88 cant connect to pc?

Good day everyone,
I have bought scishion v88 with latest android 7.1.1
But after 1 month of using my tv box is now bootloop, I try to wipe cache data using recoveey mode, but my tv box is still bootloop, I try to connect it to my computer so that i will flash the stock firmware ,but it can't be recognize by my computer(look at the picture below) ? Can anyone help me fix this ?

are all Drivers installed ??? , do you have the Stockrom ???

yes I already installed the driver using driver assistant v4.4.

i have already tried the reflashing in maskrom but stil may computer did not recognize my device

Hi ,

first please download somewhere "USBDeview" , run it as Admin and uninstall all entries , but not Mouse / Keyboard ,

USB Storage (if u have one) .Reboot .

Uninstall RK Drivers and clean up System and Registry with a Cleaner like CCleaner or similar .

Install RKDrivers 4.5 , reboot and try again . Please only use as possible a direct USB port , no Hub .

Are u sure u have the right USB Cable to flash and shorted the right Pins ? , new PCBs sometimes

must be "shorted" by another Way , diffrent soldered Chips . Any Pictures of your PCB ???
