EDIT:I still have the same problem with sam's 1080p kernel ( lastest ) + edited build.prop ( density = 240 )

This can have more resons. First the Launcher itself. Try a nother Form Playstore. Than the Kernel. I have include Sam 321 720p Kernel. When you want to flash a nother kernel you must name it kernel.IMG and copy it over my Kernel.

Neomode, I flashed your ROM, but my screen goes down-left, screen scale not help me ('screen scale' scale from center, but desktop is go from down-left), I flashed 3 times with erase IDB .. with your kernel, sam321 kernel 720p,1080p ... same thing ..

even in Google play, icons are huge, mouse pointer is also huge

i tried it ( but i did the same thing before, by browsing the kernel under RKAndroidTool ) : same problem
...
after several tests, "the mess up" comes when i increase the density in the build.prop, over 160 starts the problem

i also had the "problem" with 1080p kernel on the first boot, but when i changed the HDMI mode ( to 1920*1080 ) it becomes normal ( with screen scale to the max )

for me scale not working, it's cut my desktop, its zoom-ing from center in all direction, but if desktop is left-down corner it go cuted from that corner ... back to NEOTV CROM 1.0 + kernel Sam321 720p 1.7ghz ram 1200mhz - and all is ok

OK i notice the Failure and will see how to remove it. Can some one try the kernel from strauzo for this device and see if the failure still exsist. For version one I use the stock kernel. I think this is a kernel related failure.

Neomode, it's not kernel fault, I flashed all kernels from Sam321 with NEOTV CROM 1.3A and , nothing changed, after flashed NEOTV CROM 1.0 with same kernels from Sam321 and all is ok .. may be boot animation or something else affected some system (screen) settings ...

No I don't think so but will test it.
It can be a kernel problem to because strauzo make a kernel to fix this.
The Boot animation can not make any change to the screen. In there only pictures to play on boot up.

Hi! I have this problem too, now I flashed strauzo kernel and nothing changes still aligned to bottom-left with top and right black empty spaces.
