and after that run the ROM_Flash_Tool_137.exe

also in this thread Sam tells you what to do:

for the old WiFi MK802-IV or UG007B or QC802 with RTL8188 wifi and RDA 5876 bluetooth
instructions
remove any SD card before flashing
launch ROM_Flash_Tool_137.exe
put your stick into flash mode
click on Erase NAND (IDB)
and then click on Flash Rom
once done the stick will reboot into CWM you can choose to reboot to system at this time

the question is that when you open the rktools, have different sections, parameter, kernel, boot, etc ...

It is the one that is in the ROM. I do not get it, does it not work, it works fine here. I have handed development over to neomode, he is making an update, there is not much that I can do

uninstall -> install

worked for me.

I have uninstalled -> install sam's one -> update. (if you cant update straight away just uninstall and install from play store)

It looks like there is some kind of scaling , meaning that the display is set to a 95%
scaling or something like that , i compared the original one from rikomagic with this one
And the original one looks obviously sharper and 1:1 pixel mapping.

Sam can you check this please ?
