Oma Rocks CX-919 ROM (Android 4.2.2)

Just downloaded his RK31 V88 CM10.1 ROM flashed it along with stauzos kernel and it's working Wifi works but bluetooth doesn't. gonna test some more.

Did you bring over the build.prop ? Or any modules from an CX-919 Rom?

With Oma's Roms, he is developing for the RK3188 Tab V88. Looks like he is " Spoofing " his device as an Nexus 7.

So you may want to keep some of the Nexus 7 files opposed to our CX-919 in certain areas.

I had not, only thing i did was flash the rom and the kernel then do nand fix, there's still quite a few problems with it, but not sure if those are tied to the bugs in the alpha release or something else.

I flashed this ROM.

1) You cannot use his OMA kernel on first boot as I get no screen to allow me to use recovery. However if you flash the stock recovery and the Sam or jjh kernels it will work. Stock kernel will not work.

2) Even after I got it booted and tried his kernel, I got no screen period. At least on my CX-919. For CM10.1 to be right you need the stuff in the CM10 kernel... Just my opinion here.

3) I used the jjh kernel and Bluetooth worked for me! So did wifi.

4) I am not sure why he does this NAND patch. It is not a patch! All it does is format sdcard, data, and cache properly. Simple mods to recovery.fstab in CWM recovery would do this. Maybe he just does not want to make a custom recovery for every ROM and instead make a patcher?

5) This ROM will needs a lot of work to be right for a TV stick. I think I will pass.... But I will look at AOSP and maybe CM 10.1 in general.
