    Hello every one,
    Please pay attention to this picture below, we will carry out the research and development of new products.
    We are about to launch a new TV box at the end of this month.
    Please give us some design ideas.

      Your new device MUST support Widevine Level 1 AND HDCP 1.x or more. It should also passthrough HD audio natively, such as Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. It should support Android TV OS, with lean back launcher. A must by today's standard is Gigabit Ethernet. Of course a Bluetooth Voice Remote wold be icing on the cake. If these simple items are not met, fire your head honcho that makes the decisions on what to include in your new devices.

            As has already been mentioned, the support element requires a major overhaul as it is poor at best and I have lost count of the number of times that I have contacted your support team, only to receive a string of broken promises, also evident from the abysmal support on your own forums, so unless you get this right then the Beelink name will plunge further into disrepute and lack respect and fewer orders for products.

            Design, testing and production

            Rather than just release a box, which will all too often result in design flaws and firmware so incomplete that it can takes many months for somebody (usually an independent developer) to resolve some of the issues.

            So carry out the process in this order.

            1. Send out pre-production models to a couple of dozen users (for which there are plenty to choose from on this forum alone) for them to test, evaluate and report back on design/hardware/firmware issues and improvements that should be present in a final product. This should include developers that can actively assist you in developing firmware, who should also be given direct, 2 way communication with your head of firmware development and access to all software SDK resources. Beelink should choose the evaluators based upon who you have confidence in, rather than the old tried way of asking people to come forward, some of who will provide no useful feedback whatsoever.

            Evaluation should be based on a set of specific conditions that can easily be produced based on many years of experience from feedback and complaints already received and then allow for other, less specific areas for people to give feedback for.

            2. Make the appropriate changes to hardware/design and firmware to the satisfaction of all evaluators and additionally, do not be afraid to say that x or y functionality that does not work at the time of release and have a firm commitment for them to be resolved at the earliest possible time. Each firmware release can be evaluated in the same manner by the same people, in addition to others that will have purchased the item.

            3. Release the product only when evaluators feel that it is ready for global use.

            There are so many basic things that can easily be listed as being of importance to the quality and functionality of a product, so it should not be difficult to produce this after so many years of TV box production and use.
