One person cannot make a universal program.It is possible to unzip and package Android 9 firmware using Amlogic Tool v6.0.And unpack, edit and pack system.img ,vendor.img using another program.Here's another editing program.

If I new that I won't donation. And the link is still open for the donation I will not recommend nobody to give of the donation if you don't get what you paid on donation. 11 days no answer.

Did you Not read the XDA-developers LINK above? Says he lost the Key to UNLOCK the Donation version, because he lost his computer that had that info saved with no backups made. He is suppose to update the Source Code and make it free to everyone when he has time.

For editing separately system.img ,vendor.img ,boot.img ,product.img ,odm.img .Supports android 10.

Ok, I watched the video, the tool reminded me of some python scripts used to use to make changes for ROMs on WindowsPC.

You can ask the author in his XDA thread.There was little time.Jancox writes if there are errors to inform him he will fix it.

This is just an addition to the basic tools for convenience.The video instruction is there. Unzip the firmware using the A logic tool for example.The you can edit witch this tool.For example vendor.IMG.
