no sorry. I know it exist update zips for cwm to install playstore. But I dont test this.
I think Riley will improve his rom and I will wait on it.
I saw a new firmware on pipo.cn from 06 september 2013 and test these in the time I wait for new riley rom.

ZIP to have recovery access do exactly this procedure

In Riley ROM you have recovery.img rename it with another name
You have cwmrecovery.img rename it recovery.img
To have play store after flash In clockwork template folder you have Rom install.zip
Put it on a sd card
Flash with parameter6 and the cwmrecovery.img renamed
When flash is finish tablet boots simply in recovery
Install rom intall.zip in recovery by install zip on sd card / choose from an external sd card
After tablet boots with playstore and recovery installed
To boot in recovery again go on apps select Reboot app and choose reboot in recovery and tablet reboot in recovery

I have tried this method but it seems any apps can't be installed by playstore or by apk.
