to solve the HD streaming problem make this configuration
1 go to configurations playback settings and select on ( level 1)
2 download vlc player and make this configuration go to vlc configuration- acceleration hardware select disabled-then go to advanced and select audio time stretching.

for example, I use a use appflix app and the videos have freezing or a pixel freezing, but is solved with playback settings and select on ( level 1) and vlc configuration "acceleration hardware disable.

I think this is related to this bug reported on all android devices:

I also have this with TVHeadend in Kodi and in external players, this seems to be a sw bug with the mediacodec in Android 7. The only solution is to use a player with amcodec support i.e. SPMC 16. Then all streams will play fine without issues if you enable amcodec support. There is an SPMC build that can be used as external media player as it minimizes on video stop. If you want I can post it here also.
